How the frilly hell do we roleplay classes, you ask? Well...
Unlike real life, these classes last for two-three days. You can keep replying even if the last post was a day ago, and don't be afraid to join us on the second day! The classes will contain actual facts, to add to the realism of this roleplay. Of course, you can pass notes and whisper to each other in class or ask questions! Like I said, your creativity has no end here! Anyway,
you will be assigned 'homework' at the end of each class, and we expect you to finish it for the next...or not, if your character is rebellious. The homework should be completed on your room's thread, and only then will it be classified as complete. If you don't do it or don't have the time, just make a post in your room saying that you skipped it. You'll get a day's notice before class begins again. We're also including a poll to ask if classes and lessons should be held once a week or once every two weeks, so be sure to contribute to that. You can also check out the calendar for the class and lesson schedules
Lessons are quite the same. You will get an email the day before a lesson begins, and the lesson thread will then be created. You have to tack your horse up before a lesson, so this is why we give so much time. If your horse is untacked, your instructor will not be pleased at all and you will be forced to scrub saddles for the duration of the lesson (good for rebellious characters). After the lesson, you have a whole day to untack your horse and horse it down. If you don't do so, you will receive the same punishment as not tacking up. Punishments may differ due to the plot, of course, but saddle scrubbing is the go-to. I know that real life can get in the way and that this is just something fun on the side, so you can ask a groom to tack up and untack your horse. This only lasts one lesson though; for example, if you ask a groom to tack up for lesson 1, you will have to ask them again for lesson 2. Also, your horse can misbehave during lessons; not every horse is a schoolmaster!
Still confused? Comment below if you are!
